Accommodation is spread across cottages and rooms in landscaped gardens among pine trees, many with views of the river and the forested slopes opposite. Its location, between Manali and Naggar, makes it a convenient base for both.
Facilities include a swimming pool, a spa and health club, and restaurants serving Indian and international dishes. It is one of the most established luxury resorts in the Kullu valley and is popular with families and honeymooners. In peak months, rates rise sharply; book directly with the resort for current prices. Keep children away from the riverbank, as the Beas is fast and cold.

Manali
Manali sits at about 2,050 m at the head of the Kullu valley, 12–14 hours from Delhi by HRTC Volvo. Give it two or three nights: the Hadimba temple, Old Manali and Vashisht on foot, and a day at Solang. Busy in May, June and New Year week; best in April, October and early December.

How far is Span Resort from Manali?
It is near Katrain on the Kullu–Manali highway, roughly 30 minutes' drive south of Manali town, depending on traffic. Naggar is about 20–30 minutes away across the river.
